Cornell University Professor Kathryn A. LaTour and I presented findings from our joint research work based on Quini data on millennials and Gen Z interest in wine, at the 3rd Annual Wine & Hospitality Workshop last week.

The small group conference was put together by Cornell University and held at the Cornell SC Johnson Campus in NYC.

The session and information were well received, with the findings indicating that younger consumers do show interest in wine and partake in deep analysis of wine, like the older Gen X and Boomer groups, given the right environment and tech tools.

Here are some of the data findings, previously published here on QUINI BLOG.

IMG_3652Professors, researchers, academics and thought leaders from the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Australia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and China participated and shared equally compelling papers.

IMG_3649Special gratitude to Cornell Director and Associate Dean, Alex Susskind, for spearheading the conference. Highly recommended venue for any thought leaders in the wine industry, for next year.
